Role Overview SodexoMagic is seeking a strategic, experienced

  • Vice President of Operations
  • to lead a
  • large-scale healthcare food service portfolio within the Atrium Health system across the Charlotte and Winston-Salem, NC
  • markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient dining experiences, driving operational performance, and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will bring a balance of operational discipline, financial acumen, and patient-centered leadership to elevate food service excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, and guide a diverse team in delivering high-quality, compassionate service.   • Extensive experience in healthcare food service operations, with a strong understanding of patient dining programs, retail food, and production systems
  • A strong P&L management background, with the ability to drive financial results in complex, high-volume operations
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-site healthcare Food Services is required; experience with Environmental Services (EVS) is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Talent for mentoring and developing high-performing leaders and frontline teams

  • Drive financial and operational performance, managing budgets, labor, and service delivery metrics
  • Serve as the key liaison with Atrium Health leadership, aligning food service strategies with client goals and building long-term value
  • Identify and act on strategic growth and retention opportunities across the assigned portfolio
  • Coach and empower managers to build strong, engaged, and accountable teams
  • Represent SodexoMagic with professionalism and integrity, promoting brand reputation and an inclusive culture
