The YMCA of the Triangle is seeking a dynamic Branch Executive Director to lead the Alexander Family YMCA and Poyner YMCA.
Job Description The Branch Executive Director serves as a key community leader, advancing the YMCA of the Triangle’s mission and strengthening its reputation as a welcoming organization. This role oversees all aspects of a high-performing branch with annual operating revenues exceeding $9MM, ensuring strong operations, staff and volunteer leadership, fundraising, and deep community involvement. The Branch Executive Director builds trusted relationships with local partners, schools, and civic leaders to expand the Y’s impact and relevance. They ensure alignment with the goals, values, and policies established by the YMCA of the Triangle’s Board of Directors, leadership team, and governing committees.
