We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Hospitality Operations to lead our operations team and drive excellence across all venues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to scale teams and systems, and can balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead operations across multiple hospitality venues, managing GMs and department heads Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Oversee project management efforts—launching new locations, managing renovations, and rolling out SOPs Identify and execute process improvements that reduce costs without compromising service Set and manage budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs across locations Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability Ensure compliance with health codes, licensing, labor laws, and company policies Negotiate with vendors to optimize contracts and service delivery Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy, market expansion, and brand development Qualifications 7-10+ years of multi-unit hospitality leadership (F&B, hotels, or nightlife) Proven track record in operations, project management, and team development Deep understanding of the NYC/NJ hospitality landscape Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills Experience in scaling operations and driving high performance across teams What We Offer Competitive base salary: $150K-$200K Annual performance-based bonus Equity participation for long-term alignment Health benefits, travel stipend, and growth potential in a dynamic company If you’re an innovative, hands-on leader ready to take charge of operations and shape the future of hospitality across the Tri-State area, we’d love to meet you.
