Vice President of Operations
Position Summary A results-oriented, tactical executive who champions operational enhancements, optimizes resource allocation, and guides cross-functional teams toward organizational excellence. Exceptional personnel leadership capabilities essential.
Core Duties
Direct day-to-day operations: workforce planning, human resources, coordination, supplier relationships, administrative functions
Create and implement strategic initiatives
Guide cross-departmental teams spanning accounting, business development, talent management, and operations
Control financial resources and minimize operational risks
Enhance supply chain, distribution, workplace safety, and client experience
Expand order fulfillment and final-mile distribution capabilities
Deploy technological solutions and workflow optimizations
Supervise a workforce of 200 staff members (8 direct reports in management roles)
Qualifications
Four-year college degree
