People Operations Lead Position Available In Kings, New York

1Day Sooner advances trials, technologies, and policies by representing people who participate in medical studies to fight infectious disease. We are seeking a People Operations Lead to support and enhance our remote-first, high-impact team. We’re looking for a team member with the experience and skills to take ownership of core functions with minimal supervision, and who is capable of and excited about designing and implementing improvements to our people ops processes. This role is critical to keeping 1Day Sooner running smoothly and ensuring our team is able to do their best work.
