If you’re an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking, results-oriented company. $$$ What You’ll Do Lead and grow a sales team of funding specialists, driving performance and daily KPIs Develop talent through hands-on coaching, structured training, and continuous feedback Manage and scale a pipeline of inbound and outbound MCA deals from pre-qual to funding Strategize and structure complex deals , balancing merchant needs with internal funding goals Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track team performance and pipeline health Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, processing, and senior leadership to drive funding efficiency Champion the SLS culture , bringing energy, motivation, and accountability to every room $$$ What You Bring 3+ years of leadership experience in MCA. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team-based revenue targets.
Strong understanding of funding products:
MCA, LOCs, SBA, consolidation, etc. Leadership style that combines high standards with high empathy, Ability to create structure, coach consistently , and inspire ownership.
