Role:

Lead, Finance & Operations As Lead, Finance & Operations, you’ll be responsible for the financial and operational success of Eventual Treasury. Operating with a owner-like mindset, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business operations. This is a strategic role at the heart of the company, working closely with the CEO, while also interfacing directly with investors and our Board of Directors. Your role is critical, impactful, and hands-on. You’ll establish operational rigor, create insightful reporting, drive resource allocation decisions, and enable strategic clarity across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, financial and operational analyses, and investor communications. Establish and lead a high-performance FP&A function as the center of analytical excellence. Develop and monitor KPIs across revenue, costs, operating metrics, and capital allocation, highlighting trends and driving actionable insights. Manage capital allocation strategies, cash flow forecasting, and financial diligence. Partner with operational leaders to optimize budgets, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Build and mentor a world-class finance and operations team, emphasizing accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Drive organizational alignment through clear strategic communication, objective prioritization, and rigorous execution.

What We’re Looking For:

An individual with a steep slope (min 3+ years of experience) in banking, consulting, or strategic finance. Deep analytical skills, paired with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and hold senior leaders accountable. Infinite curiosity-driving relentless questioning and improvement of processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $225,000 per year, with opportunities for significant equity and performance-based incentives.
