Job Description

Mosquito Shield General Manager 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars West Chester, PA 19382 Business Growth & Strategy Develop and execute a local growth strategy aligned with business goals. Identify new revenue opportunities, evaluate market trends, and implement scalable initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making and maximize ROI. Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve ambitious growth targets. Marketing & Brand Development Lead the planning and execution of integrated local marketing campaigns. Track marketing performance and adjust tactics to improve lead generation and conversion. Represent the brand at trade shows, community events, and local networking opportunities (e.g., HOAs, Chambers of Commerce, business alliances). Oversee the business’s digital and social media presence to enhance local visibility. Team Leadership & Culture Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across field and office operations. Foster a strong company culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development. Operational Excellence Provide strategic oversight of day-to-day operations across field service, logistics, and customer care. Ensure efficient routing, staffing, and resource management to meet demand during peak seasons. Maintain operational systems that support scalability and quality control. Identify and solve operational bottlenecks that impact service or margin. Financial & Performance Management Manage the business P&L, ensuring profitability through cost controls and pricing strategies. Review and analyze financial reports to drive data-informed decisions. Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment plans to support sustainable growth. Customer Experience Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring service delivery aligns with brand standards. Personally engage with customers as needed to resolve issues, provide estimates, or strengthen relationships. Support customer communication strategies, including renewals, seasonal updates, and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a field services environment. Demonstrated success growing a small or medium-sized business. Strong marketing, financial, and leadership acumen. Skilled at managing people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced, seasonal business. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and routing or scheduling software. State certification (or willingness to obtain) for pest control.

Preferred:
