The Deposit Operations Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to join First Capital Bank’s dynamic team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role for a bank At least 1 year of experience utilizing Fiserv Premier applications in a deposit operations role Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Vice President of Deposit Operations with operational and supervisory functions for all department products and services Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and actively contribute to team goals and responsibilities Routinely communicate expectations, goals, and performance feedback to the Deposit Operations Specialists Promptly and effectively resolve any performance or interpersonal issues through discussion facilitation and solution development. Recognize and reward strong performance while encouraging continued professional development Serve as the primary point of contact for questions about routine processes and procedures Ensure continual team compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Routinely generate performance reports and update senior management Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking regulations and laws. Metrics for Success Demonstrated aptitude for clear and effective communication, both oral and written, that sets the tone for a positive and productive work environment Proven success transforming a group of individuals into a cohesive, accountable, and high-performing team, through development of a collaborative, supportive, and positive working environment Proven ability to identify and leverage team members’ strengths, inspire continual professional development, and effectively address areas in need of improvement Demonstrated aptitude for working independently, appropriately prioritizing responsibilities, and effectively managing challenges of varying complexity
