For questions, Please email recruiting-usa@formeld.com This position is primarily responsible for managing all activities related to operations and development of company products and services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following: Responsibility for profit and loss for the business units Develops and maintains operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image Provides input to the development of business strategy and research and development of new and emerging products and services Analyzes and prepares financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected region’s financial position for other managers Establishes quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of services ordered Provides guidance to the development of process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met Reviews operating reports and directs the resolution of operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations Other duties as assigned
Leadership Responsibilities:
Manages the activities of assigned region. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned region(s) business operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
