In this position you will maximize loan performance by leading originations activities, such as funding and underwriting auto loans.
Role and Responsibilities:
The VP, Operations will establish, lead, and cultivate a positive team environment, build culture through our Guiding Principles, exceed goals, drive continuous improvement and provide ongoing guidance and career development opportunities. The ideal individual will engage with executive leadership to report on performance and proactively recommend improvements as well as work with leaders from other sites to streamline process when applicable.
Qualifications Experience, Knowledge and Education:
• 10+ years of experience in a Service Operations Environment • 5+ years of experience with people management and leadership Supervisory Responsibility This position will supervise a team of Specialists, Supervisors, and Managers.
Work Schedule and Travel:
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday – Friday with some schedule variations as needed. This position will require up to 10% travel.
