The Enterprise Operations Management Support will be responsible for Planning, organizing, and managing staff and operations to ensure alignment with AFCENT, USCENTCOM, and HQ Air Force requirements. This position is contingent upon award

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organizing, and managing staff and operations to ensure alignment with AFCENT, USCENTCOM, and HQ Air Force requirements.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and coordinating actions for the AFCENT enterprise network.
  • Providing oversight and guidance to technical professionals supporting the network.
  • Managing network performance and end-to-end service quality.
  • Reviewing and analyzing network performance.
  • Participating in the assessment and selection of network performance and management tools.
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to respond to unexpected issues or disruptions.
  • Identifying trends that may lead to service or network disruption.
  • Conducting operational impact assessments.
  • Coordinating and managing authorized service interruptions.
  • Reporting the status of outages and disruptions.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Deliver On-call support outside normal business hours, as required
Essential Required Experience & Skills:
  • TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • VCTA certification
  • CCNP certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • BS in a related field with 5 or more years of experience; or 7 or more years’ relevant experience
  • IT operations/services management experience
  • Unix/Linux and Firewall experience
Educational Requirements:
  • BS in a related field with 5 or more years of experience; or 7 or more years’ relevant experience
Travel:
  • Occasional
