Do you thrive in fast-paced, complex environments where cross-functional collaboration and implementation excellence are key? If so, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Vice President of Assessment and Implementation to oversee the discovery, planning, and execution of new client engagements, major internal initiatives, and high-impact projects across existing accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every initiative is grounded in a deep understanding of client goals, operational requirements, and organizational readiness. As VP, you will lead cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth assessments, align stakeholders, define KPIs, and drive successful launches. You will also play a key role in developing repeatable methodologies and frameworks to ensure excellence and consistency across all implementations. What You’ll Be Doing A typical week might include: Leading stakeholder alignment sessions to define objectives, timelines, and risks for new client engagements Reviewing findings from discovery assessments and building implementation roadmaps with cost-benefit analysis and resourcing plans Collaborating with enterprise clients and internal teams to scope large-scale programs, optimize workflows, and support cross-functional execution Partnering with Finance and Operations to evaluate post-launch metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Hosting best-practices workshops and refining onboarding documentation to support scalable growth What We’re Looking For 15 to 20+ years of experience in operations, implementation, project management, or account leadership within marketing execution, creative services, or a related industry 5+ years leading enterprise-level client-facing implementations or onboarding programs Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and client services Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Expertise in workflow design, change management, and client enablement strategies Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP certification is a plus You Might Be a Great Fit If You are skilled at aligning strategy, operations, and execution across diverse teams You are process-driven but flexible, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s needs You have deep knowledge of marketing execution, production, and technology solutions You are a clear, empathetic communicator and expert facilitator You are passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement Additional Details This is a remote role with regular travel to client sites and to company offices in Chicago, IL or Nashville, TN
