Overview
Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility
Provides innovative Leadership and operational oversight of Baptist’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Responsibilities include but are not limited to development and implementation of EAP services/programs and strategies; program development to enhance delivery of counseling services/capabilities and educational programs withinanization andmunities served: identification of efficiencies: financial oversight for EAP operations: promotion of business andmunity relationships, and administration of operating plans/goals. Works in close collaboration with Senior Vice President of Human Resources to increase business development opportunities and EAP market to meet the needs of and diverse employer group and/or clients.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Plans, develops, implements programs, services and/or education offerings to meet the varied needs of internal and external customers with the geographical markets served.
Designs in coordination with Senior Vice president of Human Resources an array of business development strategies to strengthen market position and growth through the implementation of targeted sales initiatives to bolster client base and effective account management tactics to retain current business partners.
Develops in collaboration Corporate Communication and other Baptist Leadership appropriate marketing strategies and plans which promote EAP services/capabilities andmunity awareness to increase market with a variety of employer groups.
Directs overall operational management through assessment of entity’s operations and interaction with staff and customers to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
Provides financial/oversight and budgetary management through evaluation of products and services and analysis of operations, implementation of performance standards, identification of opportunities for cost reduction and enhance profitability and optimal resource utilization.
Develops and cultivate relationships and business and industry,munity agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, and/or otheranizations to expand EAP referral capabilities as well as enhance exposure on a local and regional level.
Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
Required Qualifications
Master of Business Administration, Social Work, Counseling, or other health related field.
3-5 years management experience sales/marketing experience.
Desired Qualifications
5-7 years of experience. Practice Management a plus.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
