We’re replacing our legacy quoting and contract tools with a modern Configure Price Quote (CPQ) platform that integrates directly with NetSuite. As our new CPQ Analyst , you’ll facilitate the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of this system, shaping the way our teams operate and how we serve our customers. What You’ll Do (responsibilities): Manage the implementation of the new CPQ platform, assisting in vendor selection, rollout, and support. Collaborate with Sales, Admin, Accounting, and IT to help define quoting and contracting workflows. Serve as the primary system administrator for the CPQ system, managing upgrades, permissions, and process changes once the software is in place. Integrate the CPQ solution with NetSuite and potentially other internal systems. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop scalable, automated solutions. Document business requirements, use cases, and process improvements. Train and support end users with documentation, guidance, and ongoing improvements. What We’re Looking For (requirements): 3-5 years of experience with CPQ software in a sales contract or quoting environment. Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred. Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements. Strong project management and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and contract workflow tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
