Seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support the Director and project team. Key duties include contract management, travel coordination, schedule tracking, and compliance oversight. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in construction operations, legal standards, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage contracts (subcontracts, service agreements, etc.) Coordinate on-site travel logistics for project teams Update and track project schedules; ensure task completion Support vendor onboarding and maintain documentation Monitor legal compliance and assist in risk management Organize project records; report on progress and obligations Provide general admin support to the
Director Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, Law, or related field 5+ years in a construction admin or similar role Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Knowledge of contracts, scheduling tools, compliance, and risk

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
