Job Description:

Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing thecontrol of the budget for large and/or complex programs. Performsanalyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts arewithin negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost controlguidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work andperforms and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles,sales outlook, and variance analysis. Conducts detailed financialanalysis. Interprets and implements most proposal estimating, pricingand documentation requirements. Reviews and approves recommendations forfinancial planning and control. Monitors program adherence to approvedbudget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of priorrelevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of priorrelated experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of priorrelated experience. Basic understanding of cost accounting and FAprinciples. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP. Proficient with MicrosoftExcel and other MS Office applications Experience with Earned ValueManagement, IPMR CDRL submittal and an Earned Value tool (COBRA, etc.) aplus

Active Secret Clearance Preferred Additional SkillsA:

Ability tohandle multiple priorities and projects. Should be a self-starter thatcan work independently and in a team environment Must use management byfact, understand risk management and be able to work well within a team.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capabilityto interface with customers and form strong business partnerships withkey program leaders Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint and Word Familiarity with an ERP an Earned Value tool,preferably SAP and Cobra Strong organizational skills and demonstratedability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Strong analytical skillsincluding the ability to proactively solve problems and issues in atimely manner Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, includingthe ability to work with people of all levels/functions within theorganization Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)Minimum 6 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense industryMinimum 3 years of Earned Value experience In compliance with paytransparency requirements, the salary range for this role in ColoradoState, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York Stateis $90K-$167K.
