The main responsibility of this position isto manage the development of assigned pursuits at J-U-B with thecapture team. The tasks for this position include:

Coordinating theformal proposal response process, which involves scheduling,facilitating, and leading Go/No Go discussions with the captureteam. Assigning action items/deliverables and ensuring that allproposal deadlines (internal and external) are metLeading anddirecting all aspects of the proposal effort in concert withProposal Coordinators and the Capture ManagersAssisting proposalcoordinators with content preparation, including gathering text andother proposal pieces, discussing color palette, sectionlayout/storyboard, and graphics while ensuring content aligns withcompany standards and established brand frameworkDevelopingproposal sections as needed, such as firm capabilities, personnelqualifications, and firm experience Reviewing and copy-editing alldrafts for compliance with RFP, win-themes and strategic messaging,grammar, and punctuationPerforming final quality review of produceddocuments

Requirements:

Experience with formal solicitations(RFP/RFQ/RFIs) and other federal/state/local procurementdocumentsAbility to successfully lead proposal teams with strongand efficient management and interpersonal communication6+ years ofexperience in proposal/document development or a combination ofexperience and educationBachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism,English, business, or communications is preferredExcellent writtenand verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office 365,specifically Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdvanced proficiency in

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat ProSalary Range:

$70,000-$85,000 yearly, determined by experience
