EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
3-5+ years of commercial construction Contract Administration experience
degree is not required
- experience preferred
very well organized individual
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be competent with the computer
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Tekla, Fabsuite, Bluebeam, Computer Ease or similar, a plus
Gantt or a type of scheduling program, a plus
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
Developing accurate estimates / budgets for projects through the bid / negotiating phase.
Assist in contract review / negotiations. Understanding the scope / contract requirements and the intended deliverables.
Establish sequencing / schedules / milestones
- communicating such to company / client teams.
Coordination of submittals / RFIs / PO’s / Subcontracts / Purchasing for project specific needs.
Update weekly reports / logs to monitor schedules and job costs.
Review / Price changes in work - negotiate with client.
Develop / maintain / improve client relationships.
