A key partner toleadership, sales, legal and Market Access teams to drive outcomesin a complex and rapidly evolving environment. This person willmanage Mainline and Beyfortus contract execution for GroupPurchasing Organizations, Physician Buying Groups and HealthSystems.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead Contract Implementation:
Oversee contract negotiations, redlines, countersignature andoperational setup of various contracting offers.

DedicatedSpecialist:
Function as Subject Matter Expert for contractstrategies, contract systems, and other related projects. Managingcomplex contract structures.

Project Management:
Manage/leadproject components related new product launches, new contractstrategies, new digital capabilities.

Operational Leadership:
Anactive participant in Pricing Contracting Task Force (PCTF)meetings that require deep contract strategy understanding andability to lead implementation based on decisions. This is aPricing/Contracting decision-making committee. This role will leadthe team in managing timelines, communications and operationalizingapproved contract structures.

Innovation & Adaptability:
Drivechange management by exploring new tools to keep pace with marketshifts and business needs. More automation and streamlining.

Trainer:
Support and mentor team members through onboarding,development of Standard Operating Procedures and operationalizingcontract offers.

Compliance:
Lead for defined products andpolices related to scope of job responsibilities. Accountable forcompliance of contract and pricing operational functions.
About YouQualifications & Experience:
- 5 years in a contracting role withinMarket Access or Pricing—preferably within the pharmaceutical,healthcare, or vaccine industries.
- Experience with contractsystems such as ModelN and SAP is strongly preferred.
- Advanced inMicrosoft applications such as Word and Excel.
- Demonstratedsuccess in cross-functional coordination and stakeholdermanagement.
- Experience leading digital projects and implementingnew systems/applications.
- Strong background in operationalefficiency and automation.
- Ability to lead and make decisions inhigh-pressure environments with limited information.
- Skilledcommunicator, problem solver, analytical, and detail oriented.
- Have excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Marketing or BusinessAdministration/Management is required.
Master’s degree preferred(Business or related field). You are a leader of contractimplementation and have oversight of contract strategies whilemaintaining compliance. An active participant in pricing committeemeetings. You are responsible for ensuring pricing isoperationalized and communicated accurately. This position willprovide constant leadership on Mainline and Beyfortus contractstrategy to the Account Management Team, Finance, Pricing,Marketing, VaxServe and GenMed, as appropriate. You thrive inhigh-volume and constant changing environment. You have stronganalytical skills and extremely thorough.

A track record ofimproving operational processes and enhancing efficiencies throughautomation and system optimization.

Ability tomanage multiple priorities and execute contract deliverables underpressure, ensuring timely delivery.

Skilled in bridging the gap between accountmanagement and market access teams, proactive and clear, actionableinformation.

Experience inimplementing new systems or applications to meet business needs.
