MAU is hiring for a Contract Associate Employment Specialist in Charleston, SC. As an Associate Employment Specialist, you will have an on-site presence at our client’s facility, with responsibility for managing the new hire onboarding process for this recruiting account. The on-site team is accountable for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. This is a short-term temporary opportunity.

Essential Functions
Support hourly recruiting activities and coordinate hiring events
Schedule interviews and assist in the candidate selection process
Prepare and manage offer letters, ACFs, and onboarding documents
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) for all positions
Provide staffing updates to HR Business Partners and managers
Communicate daily with hiring managers regarding openings and candidates
Post job openings via TalentHub and external platforms
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including screenings and documentation
Organize team-building activities and post-placement interviews for co-op candidates
Attend client and MAU staffing meetings
Cross-train in on-site management responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Professional office setting with occasional presence at customer sites
May include exposure to manufacturing equipment, non-temperature-controlled areas, or GMP environments
