This role requires a strong knowledge of Customer Services, recommending customer-focused solutions in Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and the ability to handle challenging interactions with diverse personalities.

Your role:

Develop Service Agreement proposals for renewals, conversions, and service sold with equipment orders, including large account solutions for Philips and other Original Manufacturer equipment. Provide pricing for Service Solutions in request for proposals, bids, and budgetary quotes. Analyze complex contract requirements to ensure compliance and educate business partners while consulting with Sales on alternative options and guidance. Maintain departmental procedures and apply deep knowledge of cross-functional processes and quality impacts across the value chain. Evaluate risk and accuracy to ensure proper contract entitlement while streamlining processes through cross-functional partnerships. Manage competing priorities and deadlines, delivering excellent support to internal partners and external customers. Proactively support teammates with workload as capacity allows while maintaining strong partnerships with Sales and internal teams to align on shared goals. Continuously seek opportunities to challenge yourself and others, driving positive impact for the team, customers, and business. Lead or participate in projects for continuous improvement while modeling positive behavior and coaching others. Support business functions, escalate issues to management, review peer work, and perform other assigned duties. You’re the right fit if: You’ve acquired 3+ years of sales support experience. Your skills include intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Word (including experience using VLOOKUP and pivot tables). A bonus if you have experience working in Salesforce and SAP systems. You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $21.27 to $34.04 hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
