Contract Analyst American Process Management Birmingham, AL 35243 • Hybrid work We are seeking a Contract Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). You will be working in an exciting work environment on site with a Fortune 500 company. APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate the contractor qualification process with project teams. Work with third-party contractors to ensure the steps of the qualification process are correctly followed. Support any new initiatives to update the tools used for the qualification process Maintain spreadsheets, SharePoint, and Teams sites. Maintain contractor information used to select bidders (capabilities, past evaluations, license status, diversity status, etc.). Maintain the Contract Packages monthly report and coordinate the contracts training effort. Assist in bidder matrix development Develop and maintain contractor status spreadsheets Coordinate contactor meetings and site visits Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to work effectively with a team or independently Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Professional and customer focused Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Proficient in
