Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a variety of sectors Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documents and contract administration Conduct detailed cost analysis, value engineering and risk management Manage project budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts Attend and lead client meetings, providing strategic commercial advice Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors and the wider project team Support junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment What’s on offer:
