As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will play a key role in drafting and refining the Statement of Work (SOW) for an extended hosting services contract. This is a result of performance issues encountered during a previous migration attempt, leading to the decision to extend the current service provider’s contract. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with European standards, as well as working upstream to ensure accurate KPI generation and tracking. You will collaborate closely with teams from Europe and Canada, engage with Central Procurement and Legal teams, and navigate contract requirements and approvals to ensure the contract’s success

Activities:

Draft the Statement of Work (SOW) and other necessary contractual documents for the extended hosting services contract Collaborate with stakeholders from Europe and Canada to ensure alignment and consistency in contract terms Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are standardized and aligned across regions, particularly with European teams Work with internal teams to ensure KPIs are calculated consistently and accurately, considering regional nuances Identify the necessary tools and processes for generating and tracking KPIs, working with IT teams if needed to establish systems for data collection and reporting Engage with Central Procurement and Legal teams to navigate contract requirements and ensure compliance with legal frameworks Obtain necessary approvals for contract updates and ensure all contractual terms are met Maintain effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the contract terms align with business and operational needs Ensure high-quality documentation throughout the process, adhering to European standards for contract writing and compliance What skills and qualifications are we looking for? A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or contract administration or other Expertise in contract writing, with a strong understanding of legal and procurement processes Ability to work independently and manage multiple aspects of the contract process Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a multinational setting Familiarity with international writing and documentation standards, particularly in a European context Previous experience in contract management or legal roles, ideally within the IT or hosting services industries Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex contractual documents and processes efficiently Why join us?
