Contract Analysis and Compliance:
Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures. Maintain a strong understanding of contract policies and practices in day-to-day operations.

Contract Review and Execution:
Ensure timely review, approval, and execution of contracts from the estimating department in alignment with corporate and business unit guidelines. Prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation.

Contract Administration:
Perform contract setup, administration, and closeout activities, including data entry and paperwork management. Assist in the contract change control process, coordinating with Accounting, Operations, Legal, and other departments as needed. Administer and manage subcontract awards, vendor/supplier agreements, and modifications.

Research and Documentation:
Conduct research to support contract audits and facilitate business unit contracting trends. Develop a basic understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and contract concepts, applying this knowledge to contract administration and management tasks.

Government Contracting:
Perform all duties related to pre
- and post-award contract administration, including correspondence, documentation, evaluation, and compliance reporting for government contracts.

Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate with the Project Manager to administer, invoice, and close out contracts effectively. Oversee and process subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. Prepare, manage, and report monthly subcontractor accruals. Coordinate and complete subcontractor closeout packages according to regulations and contractual requirements.•
Invoicing and Reporting:
Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Process invoices related to projects via Tungsten Manage and report on contract-related financial activities, providing insights and updates as needed. Track and report rental equipment usage from multiple crews/locations Requirements Proven experience in contract administration, particularly in government contracting. Strong understanding of contract law, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to correctly and responsibly handle, organize, and secure confidential information Frequent standing/walking and filing in an office environment. Able to lift up to 25 lbs unaided.
Work Environment:
This position may require regular travel (day trips) and flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines. Hours are not to exceed 43 hours per week. Must possess a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a reliable vehicle. You will be reimbursed at .70 cents per mile for any work related travel. Able to handle additional duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility.
