The Warranty Administrator role is an hourly plus commission paidposition. Average yearly earnings are $60k plus

  • -JobDescription
  • -A successful Warranty Administrator will beresponsible for all aspects of warranty verification, submission ofclaims and services provided to the customer pertaining towarranties for parts or vehicles. Assures customer needs andservice requests are completed pertaining to warranties forunits
  • Works with department leaders to meet servicegoals
  • -Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;Compensation $20
  • $25/hour depending onexperience
  • Responsibilities
  • Works with manufacturers andservice department to verify warranties of parts and service,keeping costs associated with repairs within the estimates of thewarranty and submitting claims.

Maintaining a good relationshipwith manufacturers, service advisors, service technicians andmanagers Collect proper information from your advisors to getservice done in a timely manner Keep accounts current and accurateMake phone calls as well as answer calls and emails timely onwarranty issues

  • Must have excellent customerrelations skills, understand warranty process internally andexternally Dependable and trustworthy Ability to work in a teamsetting Microsoft Office skills
