Shift :
1st As aProgram Support Specialist, you will:
Focused on supporting theprogram execution teams with a variety of activities such as riskmanagement, pursuits, financial reporting, customerinteraction/action reporting, contract support and management ofCDRLs, subcontract management support and all levels ofcoordination with the core program team. This position coordinatesactivities across the company shared services business model andrequires collaborative working relationships with Operations,Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Order Administration,Subcontracts, Quality, Finance, and Services and will requireexternal customer interface. External customer interface contactsare typically first level Value Stream Leadership, engineering, andprocurement agents. Knowledge of industry practices and standardsand use of professional concepts. Applies functional or technicalprinciples, theories, and concepts. Receives minimal instruction onday-to-day work assignments. Plans schedule and arrange ownactivities in accomplishing objectives.
Qualifications You MustHave:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience ORdegree in business, finance, economics, or other related areas. Inabsence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is requiredStrong Excel background. Knowledge of International Business(Global Trade) Prior experience with Sales Orders and Inventory,and forecasting Customer Repairs in a warehouse/ industrial setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior SAP experience related to theprocesses associated with Sales Order execution, status of factoryhardware delivery forecasts, and shipping Prior experience trackingand forecasting Customer Repairs and coordinating with orderadministration Prior external customer support/interface experienceand awareness of ordering and demand planning tools and practicesPrior Risk Management experience Qualified candidates should

PAYRANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range•: $60.00 to $65.00/per hour •Payrange offered to a successful candidate will be based on severalfactors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
