In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
This position holds procurement management and delegation responsibility for all applicable supplier agreements and contracts within the established authority.
You will perform subcontract administrator duties in support of the program, including:

• Ensure all artifacts necessary to build a liant procurement document are present and adequate
• Engage with Subcontracts Manager Peer Reviewer to ensure liant packages are presented
• Engage with Subcontracts Manage Compliance for process liance
• Help develop subcontract specifications, statements of work and scope.
• Research and evaluate procurement sources and qualification
• Manage Compliant Placement of Purchase Orders
  Desired skills
  To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management)
• Previous professional experience leading negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost and schedule objectives are captured in contractual itments
• Previous professional experience with the procurement and management of specialized materials, lex assemblies, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure
• Self Motived with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignment
• Possess effective relationship building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers
• You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process.
• Proven exceptional strategic unication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively unicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 – $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
