MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a Contracts Manager who will serve as a trusted partner across departments, ensuring every agreement is thoughtfully negotiated, compliant, and aligned with our business values. As a key link between teams, vendors, and customers, you’ll bring people together, reduce ambiguity, and contribute to a culture of reliability and accountability. Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to resource for all contract-related matters across the business Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, service-level agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align contract terms with business needs Ensure legal compliance and policy alignment in every contract Maintain a centralized contract repository and oversee version control Monitor key milestones and renewals, keeping teams informed and proactive Support audits and due diligence efforts with organized documentation Continuously improve contract templates, workflows, and training for internal teams Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field 10+ years of experience in contract administration or management Solid understanding of contract law, negotiation tactics, and risk management Detail-focused mindset with strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial, marine, or engineering service environments Familiarity with FAR, ITAR, Incoterms, or other international contract standards Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA
CPCM, CCCM
