Responsibilities:

Apply a fundamental understanding of contract management withinthe federal government domain to provide administrative oversightfor a contract portfolio; review negotiation, correspondence,documentation, and strategic go-to-market activities between thefirm and clients May act as lead for both internal/external data calls andstrategic initiatives Support RFPs/RFQs and quality assurance reviews to ensurecompliance with terms and conditions, and provide advice andinterpretation of contract requirements Work collaboratively with various stakeholders and draftcontracts related documents for review by Contract Managers andOffice of General Counsel; interface with all levels of thedelivery teams, functional support organizations, and clientorganizations; act as point of contact for internal and externalclients including obtaining satisfaction feedback Advise leadership and engagement management of contractualrights, obligations, and risks; compile and analyze data, maintainhistorical contract information and maintain and update contractmanagement information systems; support the monthly production andmonitoring of metrics and provide reporting to leadership Identify opportunities for innovation within executed tasks,processes and projects that contribute to the improved efficiencyand effectiveness of the workgroup; help ensure contractsinformation systems (internal/external) are accurate and maintainedaccording to requirements/procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent operational and businessexperience with contract management; preferably within a large ITenvironment, professional services firm, or similarenvironment Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university orequivalent work experience in contract management Excellent verbal and written communication, readingcomprehension, and critical thinking skills with ability toeffectively interact with individuals at all levels ofresponsibility and authority; capability to excel in a dynamic,customer service-oriented environment Able to multi-task and seek assistance from supervisors whileprioritizing work to meet deadlines; strong research, projectmanagement, and business analysis skills; must be proficient inMicrosoft Tools, particularly, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Graphs, Macros) Contract review/analyst, paralegal, and/or legal experiencepreferred Knowledge of multiple solicitation types, contract types, theFAR, and the DFAR; preferable to have industry certifications andmembership to/active participation in the National ContractManagement Association (NCMA) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need foremployment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
