Contracts IT Full Job Description Qualifications & Experience:
Draft contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, task orders, non-disclosure agreements, and contract extension documents. Draft, review redlines to contract documents with internal corporate attorneys and vendor counsel to effectively finalize contracts. Serve as a SME for solicitation negotiation teams focusing on the areas of implementation scope, service levels, and contract terms and conditions. Collaborate with one or more individuals within a BU on drafting a Scope or Work/Services. Review and negotiate vendor contract terms and conditions for non-solicitation related purchases. Coordinate timely response with appropriate parties and serve as a liaison among attorneys, project team, and other stakeholders to effectively finalize contracts. Other duties as assigned.
