PM Responsibilities:
Liaison between admin team and management Lead administrative team Train new hires Scheduling weekly Owner Meetings with meeting minutes being recorded per the PM/Owners Requested Schedule. Scheduling weekly production and operations contractor meetings with minutes being recorded Assisting Estimator/Project Managers with securing contractors for our projects in various states. Preparing Subcontract Agreements for distribution and following through to receipt of all documentation needed to start the project. Sending out the full Subcontract Agreement package. Ensuring receipt of fully executed contract and filing appropriately. Walking the Subcontractor through Invoice Pay as our only payment solution and referring them to AP if necessary for sign-up. Walking the Subcontractor through Procore to ensure they know how to enter their SOV, Invoices, and change order requests. Preparing completed Owner Change Orders for distribution as per PM guidance if needed. Working with vendors on a monthly basis to receive billings on time and confirming release values match billing. Working with Architects in regard to receiving, organizing, and issuing out plan drawings as requested. Organize and maintain the filing system in Procore.
