Job Description

Contract Manager Larjar, Inc. Tampa, FL 33634 The DME and Home Health Contract Manager is responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of contracts with providers of durable medical equipment and home health services. This role ensures that provider agreements are compliant with regulatory requirements, cost effect, and aligned with organizational goals for quality care and access.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate, draft, review and execute contracts with DME suppliers and home health agencies Maintain and update provider contract records, fee schedules and amendments in internal systems Monitor contract compliance, performance metrics, and utilization trends to ensure value-based outcomes. Collaborate with Provider Relations, Finance and Clinical teams to resolve issues related to service delivery, claims and reimbursement. Evaluate and recommend providers based on quality, cost and geographic needs of the network. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to DME and home health contracting. Ensure adherence to Medicare and other applicable federal/state regulations Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews as needed. Develop strong relationships with providers to foster cooperation and continuous improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years with experience in Ancillary. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer skills required:

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Other skills required: Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA
