Since 1993, Gerelco Family of Companies has proudly provided services to the Florida market. Our experience has passed through 3 generations, since our start in Connecticut in 1955. We currently employ over 300 skilled field personnel throughout the state and have one of the most experienced management teams in South Florida. With the principles of our team having over 300 years of combined experience. Our mission is to provide our customers quality service, from quality people, with dedication, knowledge, and safety. Essential Functions Manage operational, financial and sales functions to ensure the division is meeting company goals Drive business growth by conducting market research and identifying new opportunities; develop long term relationships Complete construction bids and monitor bid activity Coordinate and assist in the proposal process Collaborate with estimators, contractors, and customers for on-time project outcome Ensure all jobs are in compliance with local, state and federal regulations Management of staff Work Environment This position operates in a professional office as well as in the field. Exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise is to be expected when visiting a job site.
