Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Biller to join our team. In this role, you will manage project billing and contract administration for large construction projects. You will work closely with branch management and the legal department to ensure compliance and accuracy in all contractual agreements. Responsibilities Prepare purchase agreements, subcontracts, and other contracts as required. Monitor the status of all pending contracts and organize and track all fully executed agreements. Handle AP invoicing and purchase orders. Collect insurance requirements, release of liens, and other qualifying documents needed for compliance with vendors and customers. Analyze proposed changes to terms and conditions and coordinate approval by branch management and the legal department. Enter and commit all purchase agreements, budgets, subcontracts, and vendor contacts into the system. Handle project accounting administration for large construction projects and update financial records. Review and update large sets of data and analyze the data. Essential Skills Experience in accounting, billing, accounts receivable, and Excel. Experience in construction contracts and project administration. Familiarity with purchase orders and subcontractor agreements. Project Accounting experience is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Construction/Project Accounting experience. High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be familiar with purchase orders, schedule values, and subcontractor agreements. Work Environment This position is based on-site with standard working hours of 8-5.
