Job Summary:
Create and manage Preventative Maintenance program, increasing departmental revenue through additional efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers Dispatch Lube Technicians Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system Open and close work orders Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed Monitor operational performance and efficiencies Other tasks as requested by manager Skills/Experience Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience Five years technician experience Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Ability to collaborate and encourage employee involvement Linder Industrial Machinery Company is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
