The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large janitorial teams in fast-paced environments such as stadiums, convention centers, arenas, or similar venues. This role requires excellent organizational skills, team leadership, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in high-traffic public spaces. Key Responsibilities Manage daily and event-specific janitorial operations across multiple facility zones. Oversee pre-event preparations, during-event maintenance, and post-event deep cleaning. Recruit, train, and manage a large team of custodial staff, including leads and supervisors. Monitor staffing levels and reassign resources as needed to meet operational demands. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health standards, as well as company policies. Coordinate with event planners, facility managers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment with procurement. Respond to urgent requests and deploy rapid response teams during event activities. Prepare and submit reports related to staffing, service quality, and client satisfaction. Conduct site inspections and provide coaching or corrective action as needed. Key Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of janitorial management experience, preferably in high-volume or event-based settings. Proven ability to manage large teams (50+ employees), including hourly and supervisory staff. Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, chemical safety, and equipment usage. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
