Assist in the monitoring of programs and contracts performance to include Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance as required by contracts. 2. Assist in providing technical assistance and training to program providers and subcontracted providers concerning current contract requirements. 3. Conduct data analysis for programs-and community-level data to identify trends. 4. Assist in creating and generating needed reports as required by contracts and grants. 5. Act as liaison between funders and the Coalition on contract issues. 6. Assist in drafting contracts, memoranda of agreement, invitations to negotiate, and requests for proposals. 7. Assist in the revision and updating of the Coalition’s Needs Assessment and Service Delivery Plan as required by contracts. 8. Research grant opportunities and assist in writing grant proposals. 9. Participate in meetings facilitated by funders and program administrators as determined by the Executive Director. 10. Participate in Service Delivery Plan workgroups and carries out initiatives as suggested by workgroups and directed by the Coalition. 11. Participate in community meetings. 12. Attend monthly Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Project (FIMR) Case Review Team meetings where fetal and infant death cases are presented and discussed with community members. 13. Attend Coordinated Intake & Referral and FIMR Community Action Team Quarterly meetings. 14. Participate in Coalition special events. 15. Attend trainings as required. 16. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Masters preferred. Experience in maternal and child health desired. Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract management and quality assurance activities. Experience with fiscal management preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Detail oriented with strong computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets. Must be able to work independently. Reliable transportation required for area travel.
