Collaborating with Commercial, Legal, and Technical teams, you’ll maintain contract systems and resolve discrepancies. If you’re self-directed and passionate about aviation contract management, this is your chance to shine! Key Responsibilities Collect and review aircraft/engine sale, purchase, and lease contracts and amendments from the Legal team. Track and manage contract deadlines, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with Commercial, Legal, Technical, Powerplant, and Records teams. Enter executed agreements and amendments into internal contract management systems. Maintain checklists and documentation for complete contract records. Manage lessee background database and coordinate new customer applications with the executive team. Report potential contract violations to the Cash Management Manager. Handle contract signing, closing, and delivery notices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Specialist, or Paralegal in a mid-size corporation. Proven experience in aviation/aerospace leasing and trading contracts. Self-directed with ability to manage high-volume contracts efficiently. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with contract management software a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
