Contract Administrator III Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator will support GPS Strategic Sourcing and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) by managing contract records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process legal documents. Maintain and manage Coupa contract records. Facilitate contracts through TPRM and Archer IRM processes. Analyze and mitigate risks in low-risk contracts. Negotiate terms of low-risk contracts. Coordinate contract progress with stakeholders and suppliers. Manage day-to-day contract needs and follow up on pending items. Ensure accurate and complete supplier contract records. Update contract templates as needed. Handle merger and acquisition notices with Accounts Payable. Resolve payment issues with Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of contracts and Procurement processes. Ability to handle complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance. Effective collaboration with internal teams. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. High competence, integrity, and discretion with confidential information. Experience with Finance, Risk, and Information Security teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Initiative and follow-through in a rapidly changing environment. Experience with Coupa and Archer IRM platforms is highly desired.
