Role:
The Contract Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This position ensures that all contractual agreements are executed in compliance with company policies and legal regulations, ultimately safeguarding the organization’s interests. The Contract Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to facilitate contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. By maintaining accurate records and documentation, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contract management process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in contract administration.
Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
