We partner with U.S.-based contract manufacturers to bring next-generation biologics to clinical and commercial markets across the U.S. and Latin America. Job Summary We are hiring a Contract Production Manager with a strong biotech manufacturing background, preferably in stem cells, exosomes, or regenerative therapies. This position will oversee production through external U.S.-based contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is based in South Florida or open to relocation, with direct experience managing biologics production under cGMP conditions. Key Responsibilities Manage all contract manufacturing activities with U.S.-based CMOs. Ensure production meets FDA, cGMP, and internal quality standards. Oversee tech transfers, batch record reviews, and deviation/CAPA resolution. Serve as liaison between internal teams and external manufacturing partners. Track production timelines, output, and quality metrics. Support regulatory and CMC documentation for clinical and commercial use. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Engineering. 5+ years of experience in biologics manufacturing; stem cell or exosome experience strongly preferred.
