Full Time – Contract About the Role We are seeking a Flight Hours Services Repair Manager (Contract) to join the Customer Service Repair department in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for operations desk activities related to managing Flight Hours Services (FHS) customer repair cases and supplier performance. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality repair operations, addressing supplier non-performance, and cultivating strong supplier relationships. This includes managing ramp-up activities and coordinating with internal teams to support customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Cost Management (40%) Review and validate supplier commercial quotations (Flat Rate, PBH, Time & Material) in accordance with procurement policies. Support efforts to achieve global repair cost targets within FHS programs. Lead Time Management (40%) Ensure suppliers meet delivery deadlines in line with contract obligations. Investigate root causes of delays and initiate corrective actions, including on-site visits. Quality Oversight (10%) Lead regular operational meetings with repair shops to review progress, resolve issues, and align on data. Ensure suppliers meet technical standards and certifications (EASA, FAA, CAAS, etc.). Other Duties (10%) Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting overall department goals and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Aerospace, or a related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aviation or supply chain industries (required) Background in supply chain and supplier operational management (required) Willingness to travel to supplier sites 3-5 times per year Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Team-oriented with strong leadership and communication abilities Technical proficiency with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) Understanding of Maintenance Part 145 regulations (preferred) Fluent in English (spoken and written) French or Spanish language skills (a plus) Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets) and SAP Additional Information This is a contract role with potential for extension based on business needs.
