This remote position plays a vital role in managing the administrative and operational processes related to payor agreements, helping to ensure accurate contract execution, portal management, system updates, and rate maintenance across the organization. Responsibilities Include:

Contract Administration:
Track and manage the full lifecycle of payor agreements, including routing for signatures, maintaining executed files, and organizing documents in the contract repository.
Portal Management:
Serve as the primary coordinator for uploads and updates to external payor portals, ensuring timely submission of contracts, amendments, and required documentation.
Rate Sheet Maintenance:
Maintain and update payor-specific rate sheets to reflect accurate reimbursement terms; support communication of rate changes to relevant teams.
System Updates:
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams to ensure that billing systems reflect current contract terms and reimbursement rates.
Contract Repository Oversight:
Maintain the internal repository of payor agreements, ensuring that documents are current, well-organized, and easily accessible to authorized stakeholders.
Renewal Tracking:
Monitor contract terms and expiration dates, proactively flagging upcoming renewals, amendments, or renegotiations for the contracting team.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Partner with colleagues in Legal, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Cycle to support the implementation and compliance of new or updated contracts.
Process Improvement:
Identify and support opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data integrity in contract and rate tracking.
Qualifications:
: 2+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, payor relations, revenue cycle, or similar administrative roles Strong familiarity with contract documentation and basic understanding of reimbursement terms and rate structures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required; experience with billing systems or contract management platforms is a plus High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex documentation Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote environment Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining close coordination with cross-functional teams #montenido #LI-REMOTE
