POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for the verification of all deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information; as well as serve as a resource to the Corporate Contracts Department and all Local Contract Processing sales centers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

Responsible for the Special Handling processing of equity accounts; reviewing owner’s accounts and communicating, collecting and posting outstanding balances for mortgage, late fees and maintenance fees in various software applications. Timely and accurate data entry, preparation and processing of Mail-out timeshare purchases for all sales centers. Manages escalated and complex challenge accounts. Reviews and maintains reports for all daily sales mail-out tracking and challenge logs. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of contract preparation experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2-year customer service experience. Must be able to type 45 WPM. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office/Suites Title and Contract Review experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Problem solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed. Good organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required. Ability to communicate efficiently with site leaders. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS

Contract Operations are seven days a week. Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays.
