This position is responsible for managing the post-award financial activities related to contract and grants awarded to Easterseals Florida as funding sources for our program services. A snapshot of what you will be doing: Prepare/submit billing documents, enter charges, post payments, monitor aging report, and communicate with funders for problem resolution and collections. Assist in reviewing grant/contract requirements to develop billing and reporting processes in order to ensure data accuracy and timely submission Assist with audits, site visits, and other projects

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one year related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working with multiple grants/contracts including, reporting and monitoring of budget versus actual expenses Experience with accounting systems and ability to quickly learn new software Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to create, analyze and process Excel-based spreadsheets High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Solid technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to work collaboratively with different staff at different organizational levels Easterseals Florida has been rated a 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Great Place to Work by our employees!
