THE WORK

The selected candidate will lead a team of integrated program planners, focusing primarily on Production and Sustainment efforts and integrating with the Enterprise schedule initiatives across the F-35 training portfolio. This role will lead the integrated program planning team providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and reend actions to mitigate program risks.
This role serves as partner to the Program Management and F&BO leadership, external customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by unicating program status, addressing execution & liance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value by impacting successful program execution.
This role will be responsible for program staffing and developing organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team.
This position will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 2-3 days/week on site. Occasional travel may be required.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 – $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
