The ideal candidate will possess a mid-level background in contract administration and compliance, ensuring that all post-award processes are efficiently managed and aligned with company goals. This is a part time role starting at 20 hrs week minimum, pay is Up to $25/hr Base + Commissions/Bonus. Key Responsibilities of the

Post-Award Administrator:

Manage and oversee the post-award administration of contracts, and open orders . Conduct Contract Review Process for each newly issued contract for accuracy. Submit Post-Award Requests (PARs) within the Dibbs Website to request modifications to contracts, and update the customer of delays in advance. Utilize and Update QuickBooks Online with Bills, Invoices, and Create Purchase Orders to Manufacturers and Suppliers. Track and measure suppliers On-Time Delivery Performance in ERP System. Utilize the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for creating invoices and receiving reports for orders shipping to the customer. Utilize the Vendor Shipment Module (VSM) system to create Military Shipping Labels for orders shipping to the customer. Qualifications of the

Post Award Administrator:

Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree in Business Administration, accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
