Contracts/Compliance Manager Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts/Compliance Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Conduct due diligence on vendor agreements and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate detailed reports and analyze data for compliance purposes.
• Review legal language in contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to contract terms and legal obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all business processes comply with applicable regulations.
• Monitor and audit contracts to verify adherence to legal and organizational standards.
• Support billing and claim administration processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in compliance and contract management practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure company practices reflect any changes. Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and data analysis. SQL would be a plus!
• Strong familiarity with legal terminology and regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience with vendor management and conducting due diligence on agreements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks in contracts.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Acrobat and other business systems.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
